Terms and Conditions for Balearic LDN

Welcome to Balearic LDN, a nomadic and moving private members club. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our website or attending any events.

1. Membership

1.1 Eligibility: Membership is open to individuals who are 21 years or older. By applying for membership, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

1.2 Application: Prospective members must complete an application form and provide any required information. Acceptance of membership is at the sole discretion of Balearic LDN.

1.3 Fees: Membership fees are non-refundable and must be paid annually or monthly. The fee amount will be specified during the application process.

1.4 Membership Card: Members will receive a membership card, which must be presented at events. Membership cards are non-transferable.

2. Code of Conduct

2.1 Behavior: Members are expected to behave respectfully towards other members, guests, and staff. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

2.2 Privacy: Members must respect the privacy of others. Photography or recording is prohibited unless explicit permission is granted by the management and individuals involved.

3. Events

3.1 Attendance: Events are exclusively for members and their invited guests. The number of guests a member can bring may be limited and will be specified for each event.

3.2 Bookings: Members must book in advance to attend events. Availability is on a first-come, first-served basis.

3.3 Cancellations: Members must notify us at least 48 hours in advance if they cannot attend an event they have booked. Failure to do so may result in penalties.

4. Payment

4.1 Methods: Membership fees and event payments can be made via credit/debit card or other specified methods.

4.2 Late Payments: Late payment of fees may result in suspension or termination of membership.

5. Termination

5.1 Voluntary Termination: Members may terminate their membership at any time by providing written notice. Membership fees are non-refundable.

5.2 Involuntary Termination: Balearic LDN reserves the right to terminate membership without notice for violations of these Terms and Conditions or any other reason deemed appropriate by management.

6. Liability

6.1 Personal Property: Balearic LDN is not responsible for loss or damage to personal property brought to events.

6.2 Injury: Members attend events at their own risk. Balearic LDN is not liable for any injury or harm that occurs during events.

7. Website Use

7.1 Content: All content on the Balearic LDN website is for general information purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information.

7.2 Intellectual Property: The website and its content are protected by intellectual property laws. Members may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.

8. Privacy Policy

8.1 Data Collection: We collect personal data necessary for membership and event management. Our privacy policy outlines how we handle and protect your data.

8.2 Consent: By providing personal data, members consent to its use in accordance with our privacy policy.

9. Amendments

9.2 Acceptance of Changes: Continued use of membership and attendance at events constitutes acceptance of any amended Terms and Conditions.

10. Governing Law

10.1 Jurisdiction: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the United Kingdom.
